Income Qualifications
Avenue V participates in an affordable housing program. All applicants must have a total household income at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Income eligibility is based on the combined gross income of all household members and household size.

How Eligibility Is Determined
- Income limits are based on the total number of people who will live in the home, regardless of age.
- Eligibility is based on the combined gross (pre-tax) annual income of all household members.
- All applicants are required to provide income verification documentation, such as pay stubs, tax returns, or benefit statements, as part of the application process.
- Income limits are updated annually by HUD and are subject to change.
